As our resident, you’ll get to enjoy living in the heart of downtown Ogden, Utah. Known for its exceptional shops, eateries, and entertainment venues, this area never fails to exceed expectations.

When hunger strikes, Rosa’s Café, Mi Puebla, Harp and Hound, and Daily Rise Coffee Ogden are a few minutes walk from your front door. Want to go shopping? You can just head down Washington Boulevard two blocks to reach The Junction. 

Ogden is home to Weber State University and many other fantastic schools serving scholars from preschool through to the college years. Additional learning opportunities await at all the stellar parks in the region, including Fort Buenaventura Park, Lester Park, and Marshall White Park. 

For even more outdoor fun, you can head east to Mt. Ogden for hiking, mountain biking, world class ski resorts, and Pineview Reservoir. Great Salt Lake awaits your arrival to the west, adding to your adventure log with waterside activities galore.

Stunning historic sites abound throughout the downtown area as well, including our beautifully-renovated building. Many festivals line the streets around these buildings, bringing life to the city and encouraging you to have a great time alongside all your neighbors. 

Utah Transit Authority (UTA) provides transportation via commuter rail, light rail, and bus services.
